Wealth structuring & succession

Structure that
outlives you

We help families and business owners organise, protect and pass on what they have built — across generations, across borders, and without the family falling out over it.

The problem we solve

Most wealth is lost in the handover

Assets accumulate faster than the structures that hold them. Ownership ends up scattered across companies, countries and personal names; succession lives in someone’s head; and the next generation inherits complexity rather than clarity. We fix that before it becomes a dispute.

Our capabilities

From asset map to family constitution

Wealth structuring

Consolidating scattered holdings into a coherent structure built around control, continuity and cross-border reality.

  • Asset consolidation & ownership mapping
  • Holding company architecture
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional design
  • Asset protection and ring-fencing
  • Consolidated reporting structures

Succession & estate planning

Deciding who inherits what, when, and on what terms — then documenting it so it survives contact with reality.

  • Multi-generational transfer planning
  • Wills and estate documentation
  • Sharia and forced-heirship considerations
  • Liquidity planning for transfer events
  • Scenario and contingency modelling

Trusts & foundations

Choosing the right vehicle for the right purpose, and coordinating the licensed professionals who establish and administer it.

  • DIFC and ADGM foundations
  • Offshore and onshore trust structures
  • Purpose and private trust companies
  • Trustee and protector selection
  • Deed and charter drafting support

Family governance

The human architecture. Structures fail when families do not agree on how decisions get made.

  • Family constitutions and charters
  • Family councils and assemblies
  • Decision rights and dispute resolution
  • Next-generation education and onboarding
  • Communication and family meeting design

Family office advisory

Designing and standing up the office that runs it all — or professionalising the one you already have.

  • Single and embedded family office design
  • Operating model and mandate definition
  • Technology, reporting and consolidation
  • Staffing, roles and remuneration
  • Service provider selection and oversight

Business succession

Moving ownership and leadership of a family business without destabilising the company underneath it.

  • Ownership transition planning
  • Leadership succession and readiness
  • Separating ownership from management
  • Shareholder agreements and buy-sell terms
  • Exit, sale and partial liquidity options
How we work

Advisers, not intermediaries

We sell no products and take no commissions. The only thing we are optimising is the fit of the structure.

We are not a bank, a trustee or a law firm, and we do not pretend to be. We design the structure, then coordinate the licensed trustees, tax counsel, regulators and financial institutions who implement it — and we hold the plan together across all of them, so no one is left assuming someone else has it covered.

That independence matters. Advice that comes attached to a product tends to arrive at the conclusion the product needs. Ours does not.

Our process

Deliberate, and in this order

Structures built before the objectives are clear are the ones that get unwound. We start with what the family wants, not with a vehicle.

01

Discovery & asset map

A complete picture of what is owned, by whom, in which jurisdiction, and under what documentation. Usually the first time it has all been in one place.

02

Objectives & alignment

Separate conversations with the people who matter, then a shared one. Control, fairness, privacy and liquidity are traded off explicitly rather than assumed.

03

Structure design

A blueprint covering entities, jurisdictions, governance and transfer mechanics — with the trade-offs of each option set out plainly.

04

Implementation

We appoint and coordinate the trustees, counsel and institutions who execute, and keep every workstream aligned to the same plan.

05

Stewardship & review

Structures age. Laws change, families grow, assets move. We review on a defined cycle so the structure still fits the family it was built for.

Who we work with

Families at an inflection point

01

Founders approaching exit

A sale or partial liquidity event is coming, and the structure that suited a private company will not suit a liquid estate.

02

Second-generation families

The founder is stepping back, ownership is fragmenting across siblings, and nobody has agreed how decisions get made.

03

Internationally mobile families

Assets, residency and heirs sit in different countries, and each jurisdiction assumes it has the final say.

04

Families formalising an office

Wealth has outgrown informal management and needs a real operating model, mandate and reporting line.

05

Businesses planning succession

The next generation is ready — or is not — and the transition needs designing before it happens by accident.

06

Families with philanthropic intent

Giving is becoming structural rather than ad hoc, and needs a vehicle, a governance model and a purpose that outlasts the founder.

Next step

Start with a conversation, not a structure

Every engagement begins with an entirely confidential discussion about what you have built and what you want it to become. No obligation, no product at the end of it.
